Taking place in 1924, the film follows former spy Yuri "Revolver Lily" Ozone (Haruka Ayase) as she is brought back into a life of action after encountering Shinta Hosomi (Jinsei Hamura), the orphaned son of one of her former associates who holds the key to finding a cache of army funds being hunted down by a warmongering faction of the Imperial Japanese Army.

Pistols

Beretta M1915

Kinya Hosomi (Etsushi Toyokawa) gives a Beretta M1915 to Shinta Hosomi (Jinsei Hamura), which he uses throughout the film. His pistol is also briefly used by Yuri Ozone (Haruka Ayase) and Minamishi (Hiroya Shimizu).

Colt Model 1903

Imperial Japanese Navy Captain Isoroku Yamamoto (Sadao Abe) uses a Colt Model 1903 (a foreign pistol known to have been used by the Imperial Japanese Army) as his sidearm, which he later gives to to Yoshiaki Iwami (Hiroki Hasegawa). Hiraoka (Jirô Satô) is also seen briefly using the pistol.
