The Panzerfaust 3 (meaning "armor fist" in German) is a semi-disposable recoilless anti-tank weapon, which was adopted in 1992 by German service, where it replaced the Panzerfaust 2 and the Carl Gustav M2. Contrary to common assumption, the Panzerfaust 3's tube is not reloadable - a "round" is the entire launch tube assembly, with the gripstock being the only reusable component. In addition, there are variants such as the Panzerfaust 3T or the Bunkerfaust.
