Oliver Hardy (1892-1957) had over 400 credits in short and feature-length films in a career spanning 1914-1951. He also had credits as a director of short films in the silent film era, and soundtrack credits as a singer. In 1960 he received a Star on the Walk of Fame in Hollywood.
