In the final scene in "The Incident at Cooper Hill" (S18E02) Nathan Tonev's CZ 38 switches to the TT-33. The pistol is seen in darkness but the general shape allow to make a guess.

The CZ 75 "First Model" pistol is used by mysterious assassin in "Harvest of Souls" (S18E06). (Note: while the character is revealed at last, the actor isn't really seen holding the gun).

Hannah Dewsbrough (Gabrielle Lloyd) holds a Double Barreled Shotgun in "Saints and Sinners" (S18E05). In "Harvest of Souls" (S18E06) Jasper Wyham (David Yelland) fires a shotgun at thieves who steal horses from his stable.
