During the confrontation between Inspector Frederick Abberline (Johnny Depp) and Sir William Withey Gull (Ian Holm), Aberline pulls a Webley Bulldog Revolver from his jacket and points it at him, but is struck from behind with a billy club before he can get a shot off.

Bulldog revolver. 19th Century ancestor to the "snubbie"

Inspector Aberline (Johnny Depp) holds the Bulldog Revolver at his side.

Aberline cocks the hammer of the revolver.

Aberline holds the revolver to the head of Gull (Ian Holm).
