Heckler & Koch MP5A2

Italian Carabinieri officers are armed with Heckler & Koch MP5A2 submachine guns. Must be noted that while most Carabinieri officers in real-life carry Beretta PM12s, their usage is not totally incorrect, albeit they are usually by the more elite units such as the Celerini (SWAT equivalent).

The rifle is seen taken by Jakob (John Cena) when Toretto's residence is raided by the Agency. It is also used by Han (Sung Kang) and Deckard Shaw (Jason Statham) during the Agency's raid on Shaw's safehouse. FGM-148 Javelin

Agency head Aimes (Alan Ritchson) uses what appears to be an FGM-148 Javelin launcher to shoot down a military transport plane. While not designed as an anti-aircraft weapon, the missile does have a secondary anti-helicopter capability, and a head-on shot against an airplane is actually quite plausible.

During the chase in Rome, Dante Reyes (Jason Momoa) is seen using an explosive device that magnetically attaches to detonate the armored vehicle driven by Little Nobody (Scott Eastwood).

The explosive device is visible below the vehicle.

Deckard Shaw's safehouse armory

Many firearms can be seen in Deckard Shaw's (Jason Statham) armory. Most of these are in the background and can only be spotted by going frame by frame and zooming in.

On a wall rack next to his McLaren Senna, Shaw keeps what seems to be a golden Luger P08, a IMI Desert Eagle with black controls, a stainless SIG-Sauer P226 variant of some kind, and a variant of the AMT Automag series of pistols.
Several rifles, most likely AR-15 variants can be seen on the wall racks, a Accuracy International AX-50 can be seen on the table next to Roman.
