SIG-Sauer 1911 Traditional TACOPS
Detective Hieronymus "Harry" Bosch (Titus Welliver) now carries what appears to be the now discontinued SIG-Sauer 1911 Traditional TACOPS as his service weapon. Bosch actor Titus Welliver also confirmed on Twitter before Season 6 premiered that Bosch now carries a SIG-Sauer 1911, though he didn't specify which model.

Glock 17
Bosch's partner, Detective Jerry "J. Edgar" Edgar (Jamie Hector) carries the Glock 17 as his service weapon. Other LAPD officers also are armed with the Glock pistol (The Glock 17 was the sidearm issued to new officers up until 2022). FBI agents also carry the Glock.
