Pistols
Beretta 92FS
In "Just Decisions" (S1E06), the Beretta 92FS is seen used by an Islamist terrorist when he opens fire on a civilian and a Bundesamt für Verfassungsschutz agent. Hector uses a 92FS taken from an apartment dead drop in the middle of "Proof of Life". A hired assassin recruited by Clay Williams uses one with a mounted suppressor throughout "Oratorio".

The FEG PA-63 is seen in the apartment of Chinese defector Houjin Lee (Michael Paul Chan) when CIA agent Daniel Miller (Richard Armitage) shows it to him in the middle of "Just Decisions" (S1E06).
Heckler & Koch P30
The Heckler & Koch P30 is used by a masked assassin conducting a hit on Hector and Daniel in "Thomas Shaw".
Heckler & Koch USP

Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5K
A Heckler & Koch MP5K is found stashed in an apartment dead drop in the middle of "Proof of Life".
Rifles

SKS
The SKS with Tapco furniture is used by a CIA SAD sniper in Chechnya in a flashback sequence in "By Way of Deception".
Machine Guns
KPVT
