Viva Zapata! is a 1952 biographical Western film was directed by Elia Kazan, with a screenplay written by John Steinbeck. It is dramatized depiction of the life of Mexican revolutionary Emiliano Zapata, portrayed by Marlon Brando.
The following weapons were used in the film Viva Zapata!:
Colt New Service
Brothers Emiliano (Marlon Brando) and Eufemio (Anthony Quinn) Zapata use Colt New Service revolvers.
Winchester Model 1892
The Zapatas both use the Winchester Model 1892. Some looted rifles are also handled by peasants
Eufemio Zapata (Anthony Quinn) fires a Winchester Model 1892.
