A heavily modified [[Barrett M82]] with a [[Heckler & Koch PSG-1]] stock and custom foreend is used by Captain Marcus Black as his main weapon during the boss fight in downtown San Francisco. Despite the weapon weighing roughly 30 pounds and firing high-powered .50 caliber cartridges, Marcus not only shoots the weapon one-handed (much to the astonishment of Captain Rush), but manages to fire it accurately in bursts while standing and while swinging around using his grappling hook. His M82 also has a special feature in which he charges to fire a single shot that is guaranteed to hit the player he's aiming at, but leaves him vulnerable while doing so.

The following weapons appear in the video game Time Crisis IV:

Handguns

Heavily Modified M1911 Variant

VSSE agents Giorgio Bruno and Evan Bernard use a heavily modified M1911 series pistol (visually similar to STI's M1911) with a weapon light. Like the previous game, Evan's handgun is two-tone, while Giorgio's is not.

Heckler & Koch Mark 23

Captain William Rush uses a Heckler & Koch Mark 23 with a weapon light mounted. This gun is loaded with 16 rounds in FPS mode. The Hamlin Battalion and Colorado National Guard forces also use it as their main sidearm, which is not correct since the Beretta M9 is supposed to be their main sidearm. In the PS3 version, the Mark 23 is also used by W.O.L.F. (Western Order Liberation Front) terrorists.

In the pre-rendered cutscenes, these Mark 23s are always fitted with weapon lights (because they reuse Capt. Rush's Mark 23), but in-game, Capt. Rush's Mark 23 is the only one to have a weapon light.

Submachine Guns

Fictional SMG

Several enemies and Colorado National Guard use a very low detail SMG that doesn't resemble any particular real SMG. When they are killed, they drop G36C assault rifles instead.

Assault Rifles

Heckler & Koch G36C

A heavily modified Heckler & Koch G36C with a weapon light and stock removed is used by the protagonists, several enemies, and Colorado National Guard troops. It is referred to as "machine gun", even though this is an assault rifle. This gun holds 80 rounds in FPS mode.

Sniper Rifles

Barrett M82

A heavily modified Barrett M82 with a Heckler & Koch PSG-1 stock and custom foreend is used by Captain Marcus Black as his main weapon during the boss fight in downtown San Francisco.

Shotguns

Mossberg 590 Compact Cruiser

A Mossberg 590 Compact Cruiser is used by the protagonists and fitted with iron sights and a weapon light. It's very effective at killing flying Terror Bites and pushing back heavily-armored machine gunners from using their knives on you at close range. It holds 8 rounds in FPS mode.
