A Beretta 92FS is used by Aaron Cross (Jeremy Renner) during a car chase in Manila. The Beretta can also be seen in the poster and in promotional images.
Glock 19
Aaron Cross (Jeremy Renner) dual wields a Generation 3 Glock 19 along with a SIG-Sauer P229. Dr. Connie Dowd (Elizabeth Marvel) is also seen briefly with a Glock in the house shootout.
SIG-Sauer P226R
Aaron Cross (Jeremy Renner) uses a SIG-Sauer P226R to shoot through a door and kill a target. This appears to be a continuity error, switching from a P229R.

A Heckler & Koch USP Compact is fired by Dr. Donald Foite (Zeljko Ivanek) when he goes on an apparent workplace rampage. A two-tone version may have also been given to Cross by Outcome agent #3 (Oscar Isaac) in Alaska. An assassin known as LARX#3 (Louis Ozawa Changchien) also appears to use a USP Compact while pursuing Cross and Dr. Shearing in Manila.

Cross also is seen with a Smith & Wesson Model 60.

Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW
Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW submachine guns are used by two of the agents who visit Dr. Marta Shearing's home.

A SIG SG 552 is fired during a scene taken from The Bourne Ultimatum.
Sniper Rifles
Nemesis Arms Vanquish
Aaron Cross (Jeremy Renner) uses a Nemesis Arms Vanquish takedown sniper rifle during a training mission in Alaska. The scenes of him firing it, we never get shots of him working the bolt, so it makes the illusion of semi automatic fire.
Remington 700
An Outcome agent known simply as '#3' (Oscar Isaac) holds what appears to be a Remington 700 when he meets Cross in Alaska.
