Pathologic (Russian: Мор. Утопия; "Pestilence. Utopia.") is a 2005 psychological horror video game developed by Russian studio Ice-Pick Lodge. An updated re-release of the game, titled Pathologic Classic HD, was released in October 2015, featuring improved graphics, cloud saves, and improved translations. A reimagined remake of the game is currently under development, titled Pathologic 2.

Remington 1866 Derringer
The Remington 1866 Derringer appears as the "Derringer" in Pathologic, and is renamed to "Double Barrelled Pistol" in Pathologic Classic HD. It is exclusive to the Changeling, and is the only weapon the Changeling can use. In the original Pathologic, it uses "Light Patron" ammo (its name a butchered Russian translation), which is described as .41 caliber. In Pathologic Classic HD, the weapon instead uses revolver ammo.
Webley-Fosbery Automatic Revolver
The Webley-Fosbery Automatic Revolver appears as the "Revolver". It is the most common weapon in the game. The description in the game implies that this is the most modern weapon from available guns, and as a result rare (which, however, somewhat contradicts the above).
Berdan No.2 Carbine
The Berdan No.2 Carbine appears as the "Rifle". Often seen in the hands of soldiers. The description in the game specifically mentions this as an outdated, but still popular weapon. An over-under double-barreled 16-gauge shotgun with exposed hammers appears as the "Sawn-Off Shotgun".
Pathologic 2
Pathologic 2 (Russian: Мор; "Pestilence") is an expanded, reimagined remake of the Russian 2005 cult classic survival horror video game Pathologic (despite its name, it is not a sequel to Pathologic). Currently under development since 2014 by the developers of the original game, Ice-Pick Lodge, the game is planned to be released episodically, with each dedicated to one of the player characters. The first part, focusing on the Haruspex, is scheduled for release on 23 May 2019.
A playable demo called "Pathologic: The Marble Nest" was released on 2 December 2016, featuring its own short story. A public alpha of Pathologic 2 was released on September 11 2018.
