Discussion

I'm overjoyed to see that someone made a page for this movie. I was going to do it a while back, but my DVR thing broke and I had to get a new box, causing me to lose all the recordings I had (including this movie)-S&Wshooter 03:27, 24 April 2010 (UTC)
I'm glad to see, that someone overjoyed by my article. Mean Guns is one of my favorite films actually. Oh, and it's really bad about your DVR thing. I felt something like that month ago, when my Windows (OS, not real windows :) ) crashed. --Kloga 06:26, 24 April 2010 (UTC)
Do you have a clue where I could buy a copy online?-S&Wshooter 06:45, 24 April 2010 (UTC)
Actually no, sorry. My own copy is a bootleg of a full version of the film (i'm from Ukraine and there was only short version available legal, released in Russia and very rare.). --Kloga 16:26, 24 April 2010 (UTC)
You spilled the beans, if the screencaps are from a bootleg then they have to be deleted.--SB2296 16:42, 24 April 2010 (UTC)
What does it mean : "spilled the beans" ?

And it's very hard to find these movie on official DVD. I've got another copy, non-full, but it's quality sucks even harder then that. Film is very rare in my country, very. And also screens on early versions of Roadracers page absolutely taken from bootleg. Can some expections be if the film is very rare ? At least until i found official dvd ? --Kloga 15:48, 25 April 2010 (UTC)

Unfortunately, no. We have members from Hong Kong who have done the same thing, and we've given the same response: Even if the film isn't available in your country, the problem is that our site is based in the U.S. We'd rather not risk getting in trouble. Sorry. I'll leave them up for a little while longer, but unfortunately, they do have to go. -MT2008 15:51, 25 April 2010 (UTC)
Hm. So what can we do with this thing ... Is there someone who have official Mean Guns dvd ? P.S. Can someone answer at my question here ? --Kloga 15:54, 25 April 2010 (UTC)
And how longer can pictures be here ? --Kloga 15:55, 25 April 2010 (UTC)

Redo

I think I'm going to redo this page. It's on Netflix Instant View now. --Funkychinaman 02:30, 16 April 2012 (CDT)

S&W 5906

Bob (Jerry Rector) dual-wields Smith & Wesson 5906 pistols.

Can't be a 5906 since it lacks the ambi safety, and it looks like it doesn't have the wraparound grips so it's not any other 3rd gen S&W semiauto. Also doesn't look to have the frame bulge of a hi-cap S&W auto either. All that, plus the rounded trigger guard, blued features (hammer, extractor and plug) and non-Novak fixed sights make me think this is either a nickel Smith & Wesson 39 or perhaps a nickeled older 2nd gen Smith & Wesson 439 or 539. But definitely not a 5906 in any event. StanTheMan (talk) 15:32, 13 August 2015 (EDT)
