The following weapons were used in the film Saw IV:

Handguns

Beretta 92FS

What appears to be a Beretta 92FS is seen in the holster of a SWAT officer who arrives at the place of Kerri's execution. Daniel Rigg (Lyriq Bent) takes his service Beretta 92FS out of his nightstand when he wakes up after an attack by Jigsaw at home. He slowly checks each room, keeping his gun at the ready, until he finds Brenda (Sarain Boylan) and receives instructions for his first test. The second time, he uses a gun to lure Ivan Landsness (Marty Adams) into a motel room where his test takes place. When Rigg gets to Gideon meatpacking plant, where Eric (Donnie Wahlberg ), Hofmman (Costas Mandylor) and Art (Louis Ferreira) are, he bursts into the room and shoots at Art, using the same Beretta.

Glock 17

Agent Strahm (Scott Patterson) holds a Glock 17 several times per movie as his service pistol. The first time is when the police arrive at an elementary school after a fire alarm. He, along with Agent Perez (Athena Karkanis), walk along a corridor, trying to find leads regarding Jigsaw and holding his Glock. The police officer, who speaks with Strahm and Fisk (Mike Realba) also carries a Glock 17 in a holster on his belt. Strahm's Glock is also seen in the holster on his belt when he is interrogating Jill Tuck (Betsy Russell). When Strahm finds the location of Jigsaw's hideout, he goes there. Upon arrival, he takes the Glock out of his holster and accidentally shoots at Jeff (Angus Macfadyen).

Glock 19

Agent Perez (Athena Karkanis) is armed with a Glock 19 as her duty sidearm and holds it in the elementary school, where she tries to find leads regarding Jigsaw with Agent Strahm (Scott Patterson) before she is wounded by pieces of glass from the famous Billy the Puppet.

Smith & Wesson Model 629 Classic

Art (Justin Louis) has this Smith & Wesson Model 629 revolver with a full lug under the barrel amongst the stuff provided for him to complete his game he's forced into by Jigsaw. He uses it to threaten the detained Eric Matthews when he tries to fight the trap he's in which could kill Hoffman too. Art ends up giving the revolver and the one bullet provided to Eric Matthews (Donnie Wahlberg).

Submachine Guns

Heckler & Koch MP5A3

The Heckler & Koch MP5A3 is seen in the hands of a few SWAT team members as they search for Kerry, it can also be seen hanging from Rigg's (Lyriq Bent) sling with the stock collapsed. Rigg’s close friend and SWAT officer Lamanna (Simon Reynolds) also uses MP5A3 as a service weapon.

Other

Spikes Crossbow

The third test in Rigg's game was a spike trap. Two victims, Morgan (Janet Land) and Rex, (Ron Lea) had leather straps that were chained to a metal pillar back to back. They were pierced by eight long, thin metal spikes. For this, a special custom crossbow was installed in the same room. When the police arrive at the elementary school where the game took place, one of the forensic investigators accidentally activated the device used to pierce Morgan and Rex, which subsequently shot a police photographer (Joanne Boland).

Shotgun Collar

Since the action of the fourth part of the film happen in parallel with the third part, Jeff (Angus Macfadyen) and Lynn (Bahar Soomekh) return in the film. When detective Strahm arrives at Gideon meatpacking plant to arrest the Jigsaw, the scene in which Amanda (Shawnee Smith) shoots Lynn is repeated. At this moment, a shotgun collar is visible on Lynn's neck.

The shotgun collar can briefly be seen on Lynn's neck.
