The Rohr Handgranate was a Austro-Hungarian fragmentation grenade developed before WW1; it was a fragmentation grenade made up of a cast body  filled with steel balls and a cardboard handle, the weapon was designed to be thrown from cover. In the Spring of 1915 a new version based on the German [[Model 15 Stielhandgranate]] was introduced; this one was a concussive grenade, the "ball" body was replaced with a cast iron cylinder filled with explosives.
