Smith & Wesson Model 15

In the carnival scene which takes place in 1984, LAPD Officer (later Lieutenant and Assistant District Attorney) Nick Styles (Denzel Washington) draws a Smith & Wesson Model 15 .38 revolver on Earl Talbot Blake (John Lithgow), who had just murdered several drug dealers and jumped out a window at Styles' feet.

Beretta 950 Jetfire

After Nick Styles (Denzel Washington) puts his revolver down as ordered to by Blake (Lithgow), he quickly pulls out a .25 Beretta 950 Jetfire pistol out of his athletic supporter and shoots Blake.

Ithaca 37 "Stakeout"

The shotgun that Earl Talbot Blake (John Lithgow) uses during the carnival scene is, as Nick Styles states, "an Ithaca 37 12 gauge sawed off shotgun with a 5 pound slide.". It is a "stakeout" stainless steel-plated Ithaca 37 similar to the one Arnold Schwarzenegger uses in the film Kindergarten Cop.
