The OTs-33 "Drotik" ("Dart" in Russian) is a machine pistol developed in Russia by KPB Instrument Design Bureau. It was only manufactured in small numbers due to it's underpowered cartridge. The OTS-23 design was the basis for the OTs-33 Pernach.
