From director Ridley Scott, Matchstick Men is a 2003 film starring Nicolas Cage as a con man suffering from obsessive compulsive disorder who is reunited with a daughter he never knew.

Con man Roy Waller (Nicolas Cage) keeps a Colt Detective Special along with his savings in a bulldog statue in his house. Angela (Alison Lohman) then is seen holding the Colt when she and Roy are held hostage in the house.
