SIG-Sauer P226

In Season 2's premiere "Haʻiʻole" (S2E01), a terrorist suspect named Kurt Hauff has a two-tone SIG-Sauer P226. A stainless SIG-Sauer P226 used in "Kame'e" by a hired assassin sent to kill SEAL Team 9 commandos in Hawaii.

Lori Weston (Lauren German) uses a SIG-Sauer P239 as her main sidearm. It can be seen in 'Mea Makamae'.

Beretta 92FS

A murder suspect in "Mea Makamae" (S02E04) is armed with the Beretta 92FS when he confonts Steve and Lori.

The Smith & Wesson 5906 is the chief sidearm carried by patrol officers of the Honolulu Police Department.

The Glock 17 is also used.

Glock 19

Officer Lori Weston carried a Glock 19 for her first two episodes of Season 2 before switching to a SIG-Sauer P239 in Mea Makamae (S02E04). HPD Captain Vincent Fryer (Tom Sizemore) also appears to use a Glock 19 during a hostage situation in "Ma'eme'e" (S02E05).

In "Ka Hakaka Maikai" (S02E06), a Walther P99 with a silver slide is used by one of the 5 suspects durring a shootout.

Ruger SR9

In "Ka Hakaka Maikai" (S02E06), a Ruger SR9 is used by two of the 5 suspects durring a shootout. A silver side Ruger SR9 is also used by a another suspect.

Danny uses a Heckler & Koch MP5A3 in "Ma'eme'e" (S02E05).

M4A1 Carbine

In ""Kame'e" (S02E03), the camera feed shown at the Naval Situation Room in Pearl Habor shows M4A1-equipped Navy SEALs raiding the compound of the El Barro cartel. McGarrett and Weston both use M4A1s while responding to the bank robbery in "Ma'eme'e" (S02E05).

Honolulu Police SWAT operators use what appear to be Colt AR-15A2 Government Carbines as their main assault rifles in the series.

What appears to be an AKMS assault rifle is used by an El Barro gunman in "Kame'e".

Steve McGarrett's father's M40 Sniper Rifle was used by McGarrett and Joe in "Kame'e" at the Marine Corp Base's Ulupa'u Crater Rifle Range.

Arms Cache

A massive arms cache was found in "Poi'pu".

Arms Cache found by Chin. A Blaser R93 is seen in front of two HK416s at the head of the bed. Also in the shot is another Norinco Type 69 RPG, two AKMSUs, two M72 LAWs, a suppressed Beretta 92FSs, and a suppressed Heckler & Koch USP.

Another picture of other arms in the Arms Cache as found by Chin. In this shot we can see four HK416s with and without foregrips and EOTech holographic sights, three FN F2000 Tacticals, another suppressed Beretta. The revolver to the far right is a Smith & Wesson Model 686 with a 2 1/2-inch barrel, and the revolver on the left of it appears to be also a 686 with a 4-inch barrel and Pachmayr grips.
