What appears to be a Flintlock pistol is near at the armory of Aunt Marie's trailer in the middle of "Cold Blooded".

Glock 17
The Glock 17 returns in the season as the standard sidearm of all police officers in the Portland Police Bureau. A couple of Verrat assassins disguised as Austrian Federal Police officers are armed with a Glock 17 before being gunned down in "Twelve Days of Krampus".
2nd Generation Glock 17 - 9x19mm. This model added finger stepping and cuts to the backstrap of the frame to make it easier to hold than the Generation 1 model.
3rd Generation Glock 17 - 9x19mm. Note the finger grooves, thumb reliefs, and accessory rail on the frame, which differentiate it from the older model.

What appears to be a Kimber Custom TLE II is used by Tavitian (Bernhard Forcher) in "Twelve Days of Krampus" to take out Verrat assassins in the rural parts of Austria while en route to a resistance meeting.

Another serial robber uses a nickel SIG-Sauer P226 at the beginning of "El Cucuy".

The Walther P99 is seen in the season's opening sequence.

Heckler & Koch MP5SD3
A Verrat assassin tries to use a Heckler & Koch MP5SD3 in "Twelve Days of Krampus", but is never fired.

A Verrat assassin disguised as an accident victim has a concealed MP5SD3. You can see the fire selector, which indicates that the weapon is a SD3 variant.
Heckler & Koch MP5SD6
Heckler & Koch MP5SD6s are used by Verrat assassins sent to kill Renard and Meisner (Damien Puckler) in their Vienna hideout in "Stories We Tell Our Young". These have picatinny railings on to accommodate the installation of red dot scopes. They are later seen in other episodes that are based in Austria.

The trigger group and the collapsible stock indicates that it is a SD6 variant. Note that Renard is checking the assassin's hand to confirm the presence of the Verrat insignia.

Elephant Gun
Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) is armed with a double barrel-based Elephant Gun as seen in the opening sequence in the season.

A Remington 870 with wooden furniture was used briefly by Hank in "Cold Blooded" when he assists Nick in hunting down the Gelumcaeduses responsible for a string of robberies and a couple of murders.

Hank boasts that he prefers 21st century weapons, which is why he shows off the Remington 870.
The shot confirms that Hank is handling the Remington 870 as mentioned above.
Winchester 1897
A Winchester 1897 shotgun was used by an unnamed bartender (Jim Lykins) before the zombie-like Nick snatches it from him in "The Ungrateful Dead".
