The following weapons were used in the anime series Full Metal Panic! The Second Raid:
Pistols
CZ 75BD
A CZ 75BD is used by Gates, an Amalgam agent and the commander of its Execution Squad units.
Daewoo K5
What appears to be a Daewoo K5 is used by Yang Jun-Kyu as his personal sidearm of choice, which makes sense since he formerly served in the South Korean military prior to being recruited by Mithril.
Glock 17
The Glock 17 is seen with Sousuke Sagara instead of his usual Glock 26, starting from "The Scene Below the Water". It's also used by Mithril forces as their standard sidearm of choice with Special Reacton/Primary Reaction Team personnel.
Glock 26
The Glock 26 is Sousuke's personal sidearm of choice.
Heckler & Koch P8
The Heckler & Koch P8 is Melissa's personal sidearm of choice, its presence is confirmed by numerous FMP art and guidebooks.
SIG-Sauer P226
The suppressed SIG-Sauer P226 is used by Xia Yu Lan in Tokyo in "Her Problem". Wu's sidearm in "His Problem" somehow changes from a Glock 17 to a P226 with Yang using it during the Hong Kong operation.
Tokarev TT-33
A Tokarev TT-33 is used by Yu Lan in "Labyrinth and the Dragon" after she kills a PRT operator and attempts to shoot at Melissa.
Submachine Guns
FN P90
The FN P90 is the standard submachine gun for all Mithril forces.
Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW
Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDWs is used in "Beautiful Sicily" by Sicilian mafia soldatos.
Assault Rifles
AK-47
The AK-47 is used by terrorists and guerrillas alike.
AKM
The AKM is seen with Amalgam forces in a remote Arm Slave base somewhere in China in "Edge of Heaven" with the Xia siblings using them.
Colt M16A2
Colt M16A2s are used by the South Chinese Army as their main assault rifle.
FN FNC
The FN FNC is used by the Balican Army as their main assault rifle. It is a potential reference to the Indonesian Army, which uses Pindad-made FNCs as the main assault rifle back in 2005, as well as with East Timor's independence in the early 2000s alongside Indonesian withdrawal.
Heckler & Koch G36
A couple of Heckler & Koch G36s are used in "Beautiful Sicily" by Melissa and Kurz Weber, taking it from a weapons stash.
Heckler & Koch HK33
The Heckler & Koch HK33 is seen with Mithril PRT forces masquerading as UN peacekeepers in a humanitarian operation in "The End of Day by Day".
Norinco QBZ-95-1
The Norinco QBZ-95-1 appears to be in the hands of SCA soldiers patrolling the streets of Kowloon in "His Problem", which is odd considering the SCA is armed with assistance from Western countries unless they were captured from NCA soldiers.
Shotguns
Benelli M3 Super 90
Melissa uses a Benelli M3 Super 90 from the weapons stash Sousuke acquired for the Sicily op in "Beautiful Sicily".
Sniper Rifles
Steyr IWS 2000
The Steyr IWS 2000 is used by a Balican Army anti-Arm Slave sniper team in "The End of Day by Day".
SVD Dragunov
A SVD Dragunov is used by Wraith after she's permanently assigned to Tokyo at the end of "The Continuing Day by Day".
Machine Guns
Browning M2HB
Browning M2HB machine guns are seen mounted on Balican Army AMX Leclerc MBTs in "The End of Day by Day".
General Dynamics M197 Vulcan
The General Dynamics M197 Vulcan is seen mounted on Mistral II Arm Slaves as anti-personnel weapons. It's seen with South Chinese Army AH-1 Cobras at the start of "Labyrinth and the Dragon".
General Dynamics XM301
The XM301 is seen with Mithril-manned RAH-66 Comanches, codenamed Teiwaz.
KPVT
A KPVT machine gun is seen with North Chinese Army BTR-type vehicles.
MAS AAT-52 Char
A MAS AAT-52 Char machine gun is seen mounted on top of Balican Army Leclerc MBTs and Panhard VBLs in "The End of Day by Day".
M134 Minigun
A few M134 Miniguns are seen as anti-personnel traps in "Labyrinth and the Dragon".
NSV
A NSV heavy machine gun is seen mounted on a Manistani Army T-72 MBT in the Episode 0 special. A NSV is used in a NCA guard post in "Hong Kong in Two".
Oerlikon KDA Automatic Cannon
The Oerlikon KDA Automatic Cannon is seen in "The End of Day by Day" with Balican Flakpanzer Gepards.
PKT
A PKT co-axial machine gun is seen mounted on a Manistani Army T-72 MBT in the Episode 0 special. It's also used by NCA BTR-type APCs.
Shipunov 2A42 cannon
A Shipunov 2A42 cannon is seen mounted on top of a Manistani Army BTR-80 APC, captured and used by Manistani guerrillas.
Grenade Launchers
Sawed-off M79
The sawed-off M79 grenade launcher is used by Kurz in the OVA episode "A Relatively Leisurely Day in the Life of a Fleet Captain" in Mithril's Merida Island base, used to fire non-lethal practice rounds.
Rocket Launchers
AT4
An AT4 is used in "Beautiful Sicily", taken from a weapons stash.
BGM-71 TOW
BGM-71 TOW missiles are seen in SCA AH-1 Cobras in "Labyrinth and the Dragon".
RPG-7
The RPG-7 is used by guerrillas and terrorists alike. In the Episode 0 special, Manistani soldiers use them in battles against Manistani guerrilla forces.
Grenades
Flashbang
A flashbang is used by Yu Lan to evade capture in the middle of "Daylight".
Airsoft gas charger grenade
A grenade with the markings of an M116A1 training grenade, probably based on an Airsoft gas bottle, is seen with Kaname's stash in "Her Problem".
M67 Grenade
A M67 frag grenade is used by Melissa and Kurz to take out pursuing Sicilian Mafia SUVs in "Beautiful Sicily".
Special Weapons
CornerShot
The CornerShot is used by Mithril PRT/SRT forces on foot, most notably in the Cross-Yangtze River Tunnel.
Others
Advanced Taser M26
An Advanced Taser M26 is given by Sousuke to Kaname Chidori as a self-defense weapon in "Edge of Heaven", which she uses in "Her Problem".
M269 Launcher Loader Module
A Balican Army M270 MLRS' M269 Modules is used in "The End of Day by Day" to fire a rocket volley towards the Arbalest.
