Carter (Korean title: 카터, Kateo) is a 2022 South Korean action-thriller film. The film takes place in the midst of a pandemic of the DMZ Virus, a North Korea-engineered pathogen that induces psychosis in the infected, and follows an amnesiac Korean agent who is tasked with rescuing a young girl cured of the virus so that a vaccine can be developed from her. The entire film is presented as one single, continuous take and received mixed-to-negative reviews for its plot, but was praised for its action and cinematography.

A customized CZ 75 "Pre-B" is seen with Kim Jong-hyeok (Lee Sung-jae). The pistol possibly stands in for the Baek-Du San pistol, an unlicensed North Korean clone of the CZ 75.
