The following weapons appear in the television series CSI: Miami:
Pistols
Beretta 92FS
The Beretta 92FS pistols are seen in the hands of both police and suspects in the series. Horatio Caine (David Caruso) is seen drawing a 92FS in the CSI: Crime Scene Investigation Season 2 episode "Cross Jurisdictions" (which also served as the pilot for this series). He was also seen drawing one on action star Danny Cato in the Season Two episode, "Stalkerazzi", when the latter pulled a prop gun out of his cupboard; this was probably a continuity error. Later on in Season 6, Horatio placed a blank-firing version into his truck to lure a stalker into a trap during the episode "Cyber-lebrity". Ryan Wolfe (Jonathan Togo) also carries a Beretta 92FS which he cleans regularly; in a slightly humorous scene from Season 3's "Under the Influence", Ryan (still a Patrolman at the time) worries that he's lost a spot on the team when he admits to Horatio that he is "a little OCD" about gun cleanliness. Unbeknownst to him, Horatio was admiring and not admonishing: Wolfe was introduced not too long after Tim Speedle had died due to a malfunctioning weapon which he always failed to clean. A Beretta 92FS also appears in the episode "Down to the Wire" in the hands of Private Investigator Kurt Rossi (Tom Sizemore) being used by Kurt to kill a woman in a parking garage. In the Season 5 episode "Come As You Are", it appears being used by a civilian at a shooting range designed to simulate a middle-eastern combat zone, the civilian drawing it when his M16A4 runs dry as he encounters the last target. He is ordered by the range control to stand down, but fires several shots out of frustration, causing the body of an already-slain Marine recruiter to fall from behind the target.
Beretta 92G Elite II
Beginning in Season 5, Ryan Wolfe switches personal sidearms, from a Beretta 92FS to a Beretta 92G Elite II. He was most recently seen with the gun drawn in the Season 7 episode "Smoke Gets In Your CSIs", as he and Calliegh Duquesne fired through the floor of an house's attic at a drug dealer shooting at them. He is also seen using it in the season 7 finale to shoot a Russian Mobster in the head as he is attempting to steal M.D.P.D seized firearms. (I could be wrong but I believe that this is the first time Ryan is seen killing someone in the line of duty with the Beretta Elite II)
Beretta Cougar
Lt. Horatio Caine (David Caruso) uses a Beretta 8045 Cougar F pistol as his primary sidearm throughout Seasons 1 and 2 of the series. In Season 8's premiere "Out of Time", Horatio can be seen with it holstered in the flashback to 1997.
Glock 17
Glock 17 pistols are another common weapon in CSI: Miami. One notable appearance is in the Season 5 episode "Going Under", when it's seen as the weapon of choice for then-BATF Undercover Agent Jake Berkeley (Johnny Whitworth). In that episode, it is stolen and used with the aforementioned CornerShot weapon system to kill another undercover BATF agent. In "Going Ballistic", a fraudulent ammo manufacturer named Brad Gower (Steve Braun) uses one converted to full-auto fire with a 33-round high-capacity magazine (likely impersonating a Glock 18, evidenced by the lack of a selector switch) to shoot his victim Manny Ortega (Jay Tavare) when he thought he had survived a fall from a high-rise window, killing a luckless Medical Examiner that was caught in the line of fire. Season 8's new CSI Walter Simons (Omar Benson Miller) is also seen carrying a Glock, likely a G17, in the season 8 episode "Count Me Out". Sergeant, then detective, Frank Tripp (Rex Linn) also used this gun in Season 1.
Glock 21
In the episode "Rap Sheet", Craig Waters (Terry Crews) uses a Glock 21 to commit a murder, which they describe on the show as a ".45 ACP Glock", meaning it is a Glock 21, not a Glock 37 in .45 GAP.
Glock 26
Natalia Boa Vista (Eva La Rue) uses a Glock 26 9x19mm pistol fitted with a 15 round magazine extension beginning in Season 6, after her long-awaited carry license is issued in the episode Tunnel Vision and in that same episode she used it to shoot a suspect who tried to draw a gun on her. She only shoots him in the shoulder, showing that she isn't the best shot, even after taking countless hours of training courses but shows that she is doing better. She has most recently been seen with her gun drawn when approaching a boat that was possibly used in an armed robbery/murder on a boat involving a attorney (Sean Combs).
Heckler & Koch USP
Eric Delko (Adam Rodriguez) uses a Heckler & Koch USP pistol throughout Seasons 1-4. Calleigh Duquesne can also be seen at the crime lab's shooting range with one though is stopped from firing when something drips from the ceiling and lands on the sleeve of her lab coat.
Heckler & Koch USP Compact
A Heckler & Koch USP Compact is the sidearm of Megan Donner (Kim Delaney).
Infinity Tiki-T
Calleigh can be seen carrying an Infinity Tiki-T as her sidearm for a short time before switching to her Kimber, despite this $6,000 dollar 1911 variant being highly unlikely to be carried by or even affordable to a police officer.
Intratec TEC-DC9
Several Intratec TEC-DC9 machine pistols are used in the episode "Urban Hellraisers" by thugs re-enacting a first-person shooter video game, using them to commit vicious robberies of a bank and a helicopter, and wound a US Treasury agent at the crime lab when they try to steal the evidence by force.
Jericho 941 (Stainless Slide)
Tim Speedle (Rory Cochrane) carried a Jericho 941 fitted with a stainless slide (also known as a Magnum Research Baby Eagle) during his tenure on the series. Speedle had a habit of not keeping up with the maintenance on his weapon - a flaw which bit him once during Season 1's "Dispo Day" (S1E18), when a gunman shot him in his body armor after his gun jammed during an ambush. The gun's firing pin was stopped by fouling, which even after two hammer strikes, did not fire the gun, leaving Speedle defenseless to the shooter. The incident led Horatio to give him a cleaning kit for his gun. Despite this, he still fell behind on maintenance, and when his gun jammed yet again during the Season 3 opener "Lost Son", the malfunction proved to be tragic.
Kimber Pro Carry II
Calliegh Duquesne switches to a stainless Kimber Pro Carry II pistol beginning in Season 5. She uses it especially during the Season 6 episode "Stand Your Ground", taking out the driver of a Dodge Magnum attempting to run her down and most recently using it in the episode "Seeing Red" to shoot and kill a Russian Mobster trying to steal seized firearms and also possibly wounds Eric Delko with it as he flees from the same scene, leaving Calliegh in complete shock.
M1911A1
Numerous M1911A1-style pistols are seen throughout the series' run, in episodes including "Wet Foot/Dry Foot", "Tunnel Vision" and "Devient", though it has been seen more than any other gun in the show, also twice in the episode "Resurrection". Another is seen in "Smoke Gets In Your CSIs".
Ruger KP90
In the episode "Resurrection", ATF Agent Jake Berkeley delivers a bag of weapons used by the Crypt Kings gang to attack an armored car, one of the weapons being a Ruger KP90.
SIG-Sauer P229
In Season 3, Horatio Caine switches from his Beretta to a SIG-Sauer P229 pistol, chambered in 9mm, as seen on a shooting report after Speedle's death, which he continues to use. He has racked up an impressive body count while using the gun, most notably several Mala Noche gang members in Season 4 and Clavo Cruz (Gonzalo Menendez) in Season 5. It should be noted that this is NOT the rail model.
SIG-Sauer P226 Elite
Eric Delko is seen wielding a SIG-Sauer P226 Elite. This is identifiable as the Elite model because of the beaver-tail and front cocking serrations of the firearm. Eric is frequently seen with his weapon drawn and was last seen shooting it right before he was shot in the leg followed by the head in season 5.
SIG-Sauer P226
Frank Tripp (Rex Linn) carries a SIG-Sauer P226 as his duty weapon and is frequently seen with his weapon drawn. Jesse Cardoza also uses this firearm in several episodes, most notably "Miami, We Have A Problem" and "Count Me Out", both season 8 respectively.
Smith & Wesson 3913 "Ladysmith"
Calliegh Duquesne (Emily Procter) carries a Smith & Wesson 3913 "Ladysmith" throughout Seasons 1-4. In a continuity error, she also has this gun holstered in a brown paddle holster in Season 8, Episode 20. In Season 8's opener "Out of Time", Calleigh can be seen with it in a brown paddle holster in the flashback to her first day on the job in 1997.
Smith & Wesson 5906
During the Season 6 finale "Going Ballistic", Horatio's son Kyle Harmon (Evan Ellingson) is seen removing a Smith & Wesson 5906 from a bag and ejecting and checking the magazine. He can later be seen with it in the episode "Resurrection" when he encounters Horatio.
Walther P99
In the episode "Backstabbers", a carjacker named Hector Rivera (Rick Gonzalez) uses a Walther P99 to commit a carjacking. Horatio is also seen firing one at the crime lab's shooting range following a shootout with Al-Qadr terrorists. Also, CSI Jesse Cardoza (Eddie Cibrian) seems to carry one, though he used a SIG-Sauer in the season 8 episode "Count Me Out". He's most notably seen using the P99 in the season 8 episode "Show Stopper".
Walther PPKS/PPK
In one episode, a stainless Walther PPK/S in .380 ACP is used to shoot a pregnant woman fatally, and in "48 Hours to Life" a man shoots a woman with her husband's .32 ACP Walther PPK, sporting a blued frame.
Revolvers
Ruger GP100
In the episode where John Hagan (Holt McCallany) commits suicide in the crime lab, the revolver he uses is a Ruger GP100, as Caleigh points out earlier in the episode. Calleigh can apparently identify this wepaon by the clicking of the action as seen in another episode, where she states "that's a rare gun should be easy to find."
Smith & Wesson Model 60
Ryan Wolfe's backup gun is a Smith & Wesson Model 60, seen for a moment in "Under The Infulence".
Smith & Wesson Model 686
An escaped convict is seen using a Smith & Wesson Model 686 with a 4" barrel in a gun shop that Calleigh is inspecting.
Submachine Guns
FN P90
In the episode "Crime Wave", bank robbers intending to take advantage of the chaos created by an emergency evacuation in preparation for an incoming tsunami use FN P90's as their weapons of choice. The weapons are easily identified by the team due to the the P90's distinctive ammunition. One of the robbers later uses one in a hostage standoff with Eric Delko, even commenting on how his 9x19mm USP wouldn't stand a chance against his P90.
IMI Uzi
An Uzi is seen being used by militia members in one episode in an attempt to eliminate Horatio and his SWAT forces.
MAC-10
In the episode "Resurrection", members of the Crypt Kings gang stage an attack on an armored car using MAC-10 machine pistols loaded with a special type of armor-piercing ammo (called "fused alloy", and stated as being able to harden when sensing armor and shatter in flesh, another horribly unrealistic statement) as their main weapons. ATF Agent Jake Berkeley later delivers these guns to Calleigh, having been undercover posing as a member of the gang at the time.
PPSh-41
In the episode "No Mans Land" a police truck transporting captured weapons is blown on its side by an IED, which causes all the guns to spill out. Civilians rush to start taking weapons, one man in particular is seen with a PPSh-41 sticking out of his sholder bag.
Rifles
AKMSU
In one episode, a member of a prominent Miami gang stages a hit on a rival gang, opening up on his rivals at a pool party using an AKMSU carbine. Several more AKMSU's appear in the episode "Seeing Red", in the hands of Russian mobsters conducting a robbery on a Miami-Dade PD armory.
FN FAL
In the episode "No Man's Land", Eric Delko gets shot by a sniper firing an FN FAL fitted with a scope. It can clearly be seen when Lt. Caine fires his SIG-Sauer P229, hitting the suspect. The suspect then falls off the roof and the fixed stock and scope are clearly visible.

Heckler & Koch SL8
During the Season 5 episode "Throwing Heat", a Cuban assassin comes ashore and obtains a Heckler & Koch SL8 to use as a sniper rifle. He shoots two cops with the gun and then attempts to kill a prominent Miami real estate figure before Horatio Caine intercepts and finally kills him first.
M16A2 Rifle
Used by prison guards and Coast Guard agents in several episodes
M16A4 Rifle
In the Season 5 episode "Come As You Are", a civilian at a military-themed shooting range set up to simulate urban combat in the middle east can be seen using an M16A4 rifle fitted with an AN/PEQ-2 laser system, RIS foregrip, Surefire Universal weaponlight, and an ACOG scope mounted on the carry handle. At one point, just as he was about to engage the last target, his weapon runs out of ammo. Marines shown engaged in combat in Iraq can also be seen with M16A4's throughout the episode. In the episode "Seeing Red", one of the Miami-Dade PD officers responding to the robbery of the police armory can be seen engaging the Russian mobsters with an M16A4, fitted with an EOTech red dot sight.
M1A Rifle
In one episode, a contractor uses an M1A rifle, a civilian version of the military M14 rifle to try and kill a government sanctioned target; he however ends up killing a civilian instead. It is equipped with a bipod, scope, and synthetic stock.
M1 Garand
At the end of the episode "Come As You Are", a Marine honor guard can be seen firing a gun salute using M1 Garand rifles at the funeral of a slain Marine, Patrick Kirby (Michael J. Pagan).
M4A1 Carbine
The M4A1 carbine appears in the series being used by Miami P.D. SWAT, notably to shoot a man tricked into engaging SWAT with a knife in the episode "Down to the Wire". They can also be seen being prepared for sale by illegal arms traders before being killed by the aforementioned dx4 vaporizer. The SWAT M4A1's are equipped with various accessories including ACOG scopes, EOTech red dot sights, and Surefire Universal weaponlights. Horatio can be seen using one in another episode, firing a burst into the ceiling to intimidate a suspect into surrendering.
Ruger 10/22
During the episode in which Horatio Caine's death is faked, he has an excellent marksman shoot the squib/body armor section with a high powered rifle, which is (hilariously) a Ruger 10/22 .22 LR rifle with a scope and Hogue stock. In another episode, a serial number is traced on a computer, Calleigh says "got it. 223 caliber rifle." Picture on screen is a 10/22. In the CSI miami universe, it seems Ruger makes centerfire 10/22s.
Ruger Mini-14
In the episode "Lost Son", a police honor guard at Tim Speedle's funeral can be seen firing a salute using Ruger Mini-14 rifles, featuring black synthetic stocks and having the metal parts chromed. A pistol gripped model is used by a woman to shoot a priest in Season 1.
Sa vz 58
In one episode, Horatio describes the trade of African 'conflict diamonds' (shown in greater detail in Blood Diamond), during which a montage briefly shows a miner panning for diamonds while being held at gunpoint with an Sa vz 58 rifle.
Sniper Rifles
Heckler & Koch SR9T
In order to stop a terrorist-piloted bomb truck from crashing into a nuclear power plant near the end of the Season 5 episode "Going, Going, Gone", Horatio Caine takes aim with a Heckler & Koch SR9T sniper rifle (with a 20-round magazine instead of the usual 5-round magazine used with this weapon) and destroys the truck with a single well-placed shot. A brief flashback in the episode "Backstabbers" also shows this scene.
Remington 700
In the pilot episode "Cross Jurisdictions", Horatio is seen taking aim with a Remington 700 rifle.
Remington Model 700SPS
In the pilot episode, "Cross Jurisdictions", a Remington 700 SPS rifle fitted with an infra-red night vision scope is seen in the hands of a SWAT sniper when a suspect is believed to be cornered aboard a yacht, though is unable to make out exactly who is aboard the vessel and despite orders to fire from an FBI agent on the scene, does not take the shot after Caine tells the sniper that it could be a civilian.
Remington Model 700PSS
In Season 1's "Kill Zone" (S1E09), Caine and Duquesne can be seen at a rifle range firing Remington Model 700PSS sniper rifles.
Shotguns
Browning BPS
In Season 5's "Just Murdered" (S5E11), a man destroys his own boat with a Browning BPS Hunter shotgun during a domestic dispute with his wife (who follows suit with a chainsaw), which seems to be a 20-gauge, judging by the muzzle diameter.
Remington 870
In Season 9's "Hunting Ground" (S9E16), Horatio uses a Remington 870 to intimidate a suspect.
Remington 870 Field Shotgun
A Remington 870 Field Shotgun is used in Season 1's "Slaughterhouse".
Heavy Weapons
Browning M1919A4 Machine Gun
In the episode "Money for Nothing, two criminals use a Browning M1919A4 .30 caliber machine gun to conduct a robbery on an armored van, the heavy, armor-piercing .30-06 ammo easily defeating the vehicle's armor and leaving the driver dead and the passenger wounded.
Browning M2HB Heavy Machine Gun
In the episode mentioned above, some U.S. Marines in Iraq can be shown using Browning M2HB heavy machine guns mounted on humvees. In the episode "Crime Wave", an M2HB can be seen mounted on the bow of a U.S. Coast Guard vessel apprehending a bank robber who had used a tsunami to cover his act, as well as almost every other episode involving the US Coast Guard and a similar vessel.
FIM-92A Stinger
In the episode "One of Our Own", a senior Mala Noche member, Antonio Riaz (Vincent Laresca), tries to use a FIM-92A Stinger to shoot down an airliner taking off from Miami International Airport though is stopped by Caine, who wounds him with a shot from his pistol just as the missile is fired, causing the missile to miss the airliner and destroy a nearby warehouse building instead.
M242 Bushmaster Chaingun
When insurgents attack a Marine camp in "Come As You Are", an M2A2 Bradley can be seen driving past several times, the Bradley being armed with an M242 Bushmaster chaingun. Since the Bradley is not shown firing this weapon, it is likely a mockup on a visually-modified vehicle. The presence of a Bradley at a Marine camp is somewhat anachronistic, as the Marines use the Amphibious Assault Vehicle (AAV-7A1) while the Bradley is used by the US Army.
M249 SAW
In the episode "Come As You Are", one Marine can be briefly seen firing an M249 SAW while engaging insurgents in Iraq.
M72 LAW
In the episode "No Mans Land" a police truck transporting captured weapons is blown on its side by an IED, which causes all the guns to spill out. Civilians rush to start taking weapons, but the real thug goes for the LAW (killing a police officer in the process), and hides himself in a cement mixer to fire it at a courthouse in order to free his boss. He ends up killing himself in the process because the backblast from the launcher had no where to go but out the front. As Frank Tripp puts it, "he was more concerned about concealment than about safety".
Mk 2 Hand Grenade
Following the gang hit, the AKMSU-wielding gunman leaves a boobytrap in the form of a Mk 2 hand grenade left in a barbeque grill in such a way as to cause it to detonate when opened, the trap being triggered by a luckless uniformed officer investigating the murder. In reality, this trap would not work unless the officer ripped open the door, since a grenade has a heavy grenade pull, roughly 5lbs. A pair of Mk 2 grenades were also used in episode "Collateral Damage" to kill a family as they were eating at a restaraunt, these being equipped with a home-made fuse using a converted camera flash. One of the grenades fails to detonate and ends up in the clothing of one of the victims. Later on at the crime lab, it falls out of the clothing and the spoon comes off, the resulting blast heavily damaging the crime lab and nearly catching Ryan Wolfe and Kyle Harmon, the latter volunteering at the crime lab at the time.
RPG-7
In one episode, several white supremacists use RPG-7s to a blow up a police car and attack a business owned by a Cuban immigrant. One gets caught because he had put the PGO-7 scope directly to his eye, resulting in a black eye from the recoil; the other does not roll down the window behind him when firing from his car, blows it out and gets covered by residue.

Other
CornerShot
In the episode "Going Under", a shipment of CornerShot weapon systems are stolen by a Miami gang, the incident attracting the team's attention when one is used to kill an undercover BATF agent, leading the team to join forces with another BATF agent investigating the theft.
DX4 Vaporizer
In the Season 6 episode "Guerillas in the Mist", a fictional weapon based on the Metal Storm electronic machine gun (the large, multibarrel variant that has been seen on Youtube specifically) known as the DX4 Vaporizer is the primary focus of the episode. It earns the nickname Vaporizer because it is able to literally turn a human being into a fine mist of blood. Near the end of the episode, Horatio Caine (David Caruso) arrives on a Miami airfield intending to intercept the weapon while it is being sold by a corrupt PMC CEO, Darren Butler (Sasha Roiz). Said CEO sees him coming and turns the DX4 on Caine's Hummer, destroying it with two bursts. Horatio then appears, unhurt (because Horatio is the terminator) and, quite foolishly, steps in front of the DX4, forcing a brief Mexican standoff with Butler before gunning him and the two men he was selling the weapon to down.
It should be noted the DX4 vaporizer is also the name of a vaporizer used for smoking and banned due to ability to use for smoking illegal substances. Some writer probably thought he was being funny when the name was made.
