Michael and Carlos (Philip Anthony-Rodriguez) each use Smith & Wesson 4563 "Performance Center 45 CQB" pistols during a security firm raid in "New Deal" (S7E01).  This particular pistol was also used in the series The Good Guys, which also was a show by Burn Notice creator Matt Nix.
+
The Smith & Wesson 4563 "Performance Center 45 CQB" special edition is the sidearm of choice for the season's main antagonist, Jameson "James" Kendrick (John Pyper-Ferguson). It is another pistol frequently seen in Season 7.  Michael and Carlos (Philip Anthony-Rodriguez) each use Smith & Wesson 4563 "Performance Center 45 CQB" pistols during a security firm raid in "New Deal" (S7E01).  In "Things Unseen" (S7E10), Mateo (Amaury Nolasco) pulls this pistol that was later taken by Fiona.  The CQB pistol also is seen in the hands of both James and Sonya in "Tipping Point" (S7E11). James also uses this as his sidearm throughout the series' finale "Reckoning" (S7E13). This particular pistol was also used in the series The Good Guys, a show created in 2010 by Matt Nix.

Burn Notice - Season 7 (2013)

The following weapons were used in Season 7 of the series Burn Notice:

Pistols

Heckler & Koch P30

The Heckler & Koch P30 continues to be the sidearm carried by Michael. In "New Deal" (S7E01), Michael is seen holding it on Carlos after sneaking up on him.

IMI Jericho 941 R

Like what the Infinity was to the series Heroes, this particular handgun is usually seen in the hands of the opposition in the episode. In "Things Unseen" (S7E10), a Jericho with two-tone slide is pulled by Nando (Jesse Borrego). Simon Escher (Garret Dillahunt) also carries the pistol in "Tipping Point" (S7E11).

Smith & Wesson 4563 Performance Center "C.Q.B."

Heckler & Koch HK770

Sam is seen covering Michael with a highly modified Heckler & Koch HK770 in "Down Range" (S7E03). The rifle is in a Choate Super Sniper stock (this stock is not available for the HK770 so must be customised), has been modified to feed from 20 round G3 style magazines rather than the proprietary HK770 3 or 10 round magazine and has a ribbed barrel shroud with cosmetic suppressor, and is fitted with a telescopic sight on an HK05 claw mount and a bipod. This is the same rifle used in the series Firefly in the episode "Heart of Gold" (S1E13).

Michael mans the Browning M2HB in "Nature of the Beast" (S7E08). Due to the lack of actual shells being expelled and the odd mimicking of recoil, the machine gun seen is likely a mockup.
