The Beretta LTLX7000 Kinetic Energy Weapon is an experimental, high-end less-than-lethal shotgun currently under development by Beretta. Since Less-Lethal weapons can cause death from close ranges, Beretta developed the LTLX7000 to solve this problem and prevent unwanted injuries and deaths. The LTLX7000 delivers the same kinetic energy on the target, regardless of the range, by using a distance-measuring ballistic computer tied to a patented venting system.
Little has been heard of the system since it was featured on Future Weapons in 2009.
