American Ninja 3: Blood Hunt is a 1989 martial arts action film that is the third installment in American Ninja film series. Blood Hunt follows Sean Davidson (David Bradley, who takes over the lead from original film series star Michael Dudikoff), a ninja-trained martial artist who is kidnapped during a karate tournament on a Caribbean island and used as a guinea pig in laboratory of a terrorist and mad scientist known as "The Cobra" (Marjoe Gortner). Returning from the first two films is faithful sidekick Curtis Jackson (Steve James). Directed by Cedric Sundstrom, the movie was filmed in South Africa, hence the choice of firearms.
