An anti-British French terrorist is seen with one in the cargo hold of a passenger jet in "Sky Bus 365". Etzali aka Mitsuki Unabara uses it while with GROUP, first seen in "Spark Signal". The Dark Side group Spark Signal appears to use them as their main sidearm. Mercenary freelancer Stephanie Gorgeouspalace uses one in "DRAGON" before Saiai Kinuhata knocks her down.

What seems to be a Glock 19 is used by Kinuhata during an attack by a HsAFH-11 drone in "Spark Signal".

What seems to be an AK-47 is seen in "Teitoku Kakine (Dark Matter)" with some BLOCK mercenaries. Reformed Hound Dog commandos use them in the hunt for Shiage and Rikou Takitsubo in "DRAGON". It's also seen at various points during the Russia arc.
Misaka 10777 uses it as her standard weapon, being a resident in Russia for a long time during the Russia arc.

What is suppose to be the AK-74 is seen with armed Russian men working for Elizalina in "The Alliance of Independent Nations".
