Up to His Ears (Les tribulations d'un Chinois en Chine) is a 1965 French adventure comedy by Philippe de Broca, loosely based on the 1879 novel Tribulations of a Chinaman in China by Jules Verne. The main character is multimillionaire Arthur Lempereur (Jean-Paul Belmondo) which is unbearably unhappy, cause bored by life and has attempted at suicide, which is the only way to escape boredom. At a time when his ninth attempt fails, he gets the news that he lost all his money. And so Arthur closes the tab on the two million dollars in the event of his death and get to his oriental friend Mister Goh, who asks to hire professional killers who would kill him. But just when this happens, take Arthur meet with charming stripper Alexandrine Pinardel (Ursula Andress) and suddenly he wants to live horribly. We can only try to escape all the traps that it hired killers going to find the Master Goha the murderers appealed, however, said he flew to the Himalayan monastery to meditate. It begins a mad chase, the hero who not only introduced into Tibet and the snowy Himalayan mountains, but also a thousand and one dangerous situation.
