Mantis (Korean title: 사마귀, Samagwi) is a TBA South Korean action-crime film. A spinoff of the 2023 crime drama film Kill Boksoon (and taking place after its' events), the film follows legendary assassin Mantis, real name Han-ul (Yim Si-wan), who returns from a vacation to an unstable assassination industry after the death of Cha Min-kyu.

The Big Shot (Chinese title: 大人物, Da ren wu) is a 2019 Chinese action-crime film and a remake of the 2015 South Korean film Veteran. The film stars Qianyuan Wang as police detective Sun Dasheng, who, while investigating a suicide case, uncovers a deep conspiracy led by young CEO Zhao Tai (Bei'er Bao).

Unfinished (Japanese title: すじぼり, Sujibori) is a 2021 Japanese crime drama series based on the 2009 novel of the same name by Tetsuzo Fukuzawa. The series follows college student Ryo Takigawa (Kisetsu Fujiwara), who becomes a part-time member of a yakuza clan after stumbling upon a yakuza den while on the run from a failed drug robbery. As his friends cause trouble for him and his clan, Ryo attempts to leave the yakuza, only to learn that one does not simply leave a life of crime. The series is exclusively distributed on Japanese streaming service U-NEXT.


On The Job (2021)

On the Job is a 2021 Filipino crime drama webseries adapted from the film duology of the same name. The series follows multiple convicts who are hired to commit political assassinations, as well as their family, friends, and the people connected to them. The first 2 episodes of the series are a remastered director's cut of the original 2013 On The Job, while the last 4 episodes are an episodic re-cut of the (3 hour and 28 minute-long) 2021 sequel, On the Job: The Missing 8.
