Heckler & Koch G3A4 with under-barrel 6 shot launcher

Colonel James Braddock (Chuck Norris) carries as his main weapon a Heckler & Koch G3A4 with a custom under-barrel 6-shot launcher and 30-round magazines. The weapon also has an auto-telescoping bayonet. The under-barrel launcher is similar to the one used by Poncho in Predator.

Trivia

"Faux" Mil Mi-24 "Hind" Gunship

The "Mi-24 Hind" seen in the film is in reality a mocked-up Sikorsky S-62. To this end, the helicopter has been fitted with wings, faux rocket pods and missiles, and a fake (and apparently non-fucntional) side-mounted cannon near the nose, although any resemblance to the Russian original is still only superficial at best. This modified helicopter also appears to have been used in the Gary Busey action film Bulletproof (filmed the same year as Missing in Action III) and the 1989 Dolph Lundgren actioner Red Scorpion (where it is fitted with more extensive and slightly more convincing modifications).

"Faux" American Attack Helicopter

The US Army attack helicopter seen in the film appears to be a Sikorsky S-76A helicopter modified with gun pods mounted on weapons platforms.
