The following weapons were used in Season 1 of the television series Narcos:
Pistols
Beretta 92FS
Colombian National Police officers, including Horatio Carrillo (Maurice Compte), are armed with Beretta 92FS pistols. Various Sicarios also use Beretta pistols.
EKOL Dicle
The pistol used by "Poison" (Jorge A. Jiminez), Escobar's main Sicario, appears to be a blank firing EKOL Dicle with wooden grips.
Zoraki 914
The pistol carried by Agent Javier Pena (Pedro Pascal), is a blank firing Zoraki 914.
SIG-Sauer P228
Pablo Escobar (Wagner Moura) uses a SIG-Sauer P228 with a stainless slide and gold embellishments throughout the season.
M1911A1
José Rodríguez Gacha (Luis Guzman) uses a M1911A1 pistol to shoot his drug-sniffing dog after he loses a bet to Escobar.
Revolvers
Colt Diamondback Snub-Nose
Throughout the season DEA Agent Steven Murphy (Boyd Holbrook) is seen using what looks to be a nickel plated Colt Diamondback Snubnose revolver as his service weapon.
Submachine Guns
Zoraki 925
The blank firing pistol Zoraki 925 in full automatic fire is another weapon seen prominently throughout the series in the hands of Cartel members and Sicarios.
EKOL ASI UZI
One of the most prominent weapons seen and used throughout the show is the blank firing EKOL ASI Uzi. As with many weapons in the series, EKOL ASI UZIs are used as substitutes for the actual weapons used.
IMI Mini Uzi
Genuine IMI Mini Uzi submachine guns are seen in the hands of Sicarios, but are never fired.
Rifles/Carbines
IMI Galil AR
The IMI Galil AR is frequently used by members of the Colombian National Police, Colombian Army and Search Bloc Officers. Members of the M-19 guerrilla group also use Galil ARs during their attack on the Palace of Justice in Episode 4, "The Palace in Flames".
IMI Galil ARM
In period photos, Nicaraguan Sandinista rebels are seen with Galil ARM rifles.
M4A1 Carbine
The M4A1 Carbine is seen in the hands of predominantly the Colombian Soldiers, Search Bloc officers, and a few Medellin Cartel gunmen. In episode 6 "Explosivos" Colonel Corrillo (Maurice Compte) uses an M4A1 with suppressor and scope when finally cornering Medellin Cartel boss José Rodríguez Gacha. The M4 rifles are seen with a variety of accessories such as EoTech/Aimpoint/Trijicon sights, AN/PEQ-14 IR Designators, and Surefire Weapon lights. Given the fact that the series takes place in the mid 70's to early 90's both the accessories and weapons itself are highly anachronistic.
CQB-R/MK.18 Mod 0
Another anachronistic weapon that is seen throughout the series is the Mk 18 Mod 0 CQB carbine. The carbines are seen in the hands of DEA agents, Colombian Soldiers and Search Bloc officers.
Heckler & Koch G3A3
DAS agents who stop Escobar at a roadblock in episode 1, "Descenso", wield Heckler & Koch G3A3 rifles. Colombian police officers are also seen with G3A3 rifles in other episodes.
M16A2
Colombian police officers use M16A2 rifles while raiding the hideout of José Rodríguez Gacha in episode 6, "Explosivos".
M16A4
Some of the Colombian police officers in episode 6 "Explosivos" also anachronistically use M16A4 rifles.
Shotguns
Remington 870
Members of the Los Pepes along with Colonel Horacio Carrillo (Maurice Compte) use Remington 870 shotguns while confronting a group of Sicarios at a nightclub in episode 1.
Benelli M3 Super 90
When trying to intercept one of Escobar's carrier pigeons in episode 9 Pena (Pedro Pascal) tries to shoot one down with a Benelli M3 Super 90 12 gauge shotgun, but to no avail. Finally after handing the shotgun to partner Murphy (Boyd Holbrook), they are able to shootdown a pigeon and intercept one of Escobar's messages. The shotgun itself appears to be a non-firing prop since the muzzle flashes are CG.
Machine Guns
M60
A crewman aboard a police helicopter in episode 6, "Explosivos", fires a M60 machine gun while pursuing a fleeing José Rodríguez Gacha (Luis Guzman). Anachronistically, the M60 has several accessory rails attached to it.
Launchers
Mk 153 Mod 0 SMAW (Mockup)
Gacha uses a Mk 153 Mod 0 SMAW launcher to blow up a car in episode 5, "There Will be a Future", and against the police in episode 6, "Explosivos".
