Glock 19
In Thailand, Victor (David Lim) uses a Glock 19 provided to him. A Glock 19 is also used by Rodrigo Sanchez (David DeSantos), who is a private security contractor in the season. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Special Agent Mark Boyle (Timothy Hutton) uses it as his sidearm. It's seen with other characters on occasions.

What seems to be a stainless Smith & Wesson Model 36 is found by Odette Cobb (Lindsay Pulsipher) near the end of "Maniak". Zack Thompson uses it briefly in "To Protect and Serve".

CZ Scorpion Evo 3 S1 Pistol
The CZ Scorpion Evo 3 S1 Pistol is seen in "Blowback", outfitted with drum mags by Brotherhood-Defense Movement (BDM) assassins.
CZ Scorpion Evo 3 A1
A CZ Scorpion Evo 3 A1 is seen in "Genesis".
IMI Mini Uzi
An IMI Mini Uzi is seen with an armed Thai gunman in "Thai Another Day". Ulan Zamora (Ulysses Montoya) uses it in "Forget Shorty".
SIG-Sauer MPX
Luca and Zoe use the SIG-Sauer MPX when deployed in the field as their primary weapon, outfitted with Taran Tactical/Lancer Systems parts.
In scenes set in Thailand, the Hanuman unit of the Royal Thai Police's Crime Suppression Division (RTP CSD) are armed with 6.5" barreled MPX submachine guns as their primary weapon. These are actually airsoft replicas. This setup is also being used for all scenes set in LA, albeit with an 8" barrel and Lancer Systems carbon fiber handguard to replicate the aforementioned live firing version.
One of the gunmen in "Genesis" also uses a 6.5" airsoft MPX.
SIG-Sauer MPX K
The SIG-Sauer MPX K is seen with some HU operators in scenes set in Thailand. Victor carries an MPX K while on a chopper, though on the ground he uses a 6.5" barreled MPX instead.
Steyr SPP
The Steyr SPP is used in "Lion's Share" by Miguel Fuentes (Germain Arroyo) and his group.
Assault Rifles
AK-47
The AK-47 is seen with some of Zaw's men in "Thai Another Day".
AKS-47
The AKS-47 is seen in scenes set in Thailand with Thet. Note that he's using a rubber stunt version instead of the real thing in some scenes.
AKM
The AKM is seen with Zaw's men in Thailand.
Arsenal SLR-106CR
Arsenal SLR-106CR carbines outfitted in Zenitco furniture are seen in "Sequel" with an Israeli mafia soldier. These are the same ones used in Season 5 and later in Extraction 2.
BCM Recce-14 MCMR-13
A BCM Recce-14 MCMR-13 is used by Luca in "Addicted" as a short-range DMR.
Bushmaster ACR
The Bushmaster ACR is seen on a cardboard cutout of actress Serena Mendez in "Sequel".
Colt Model 933
The Colt Model 933 is seen throughout "Whoa Black Betty" with McCabe's crew posing as fake LAPD SWAT officers. It's also seen in the LAPD SWAT armory without the carry handle. A Zamora Cartel sicario in "Legacy" is also seen with the rifle.
M4A1
The M4A1 is seen with some law enforcement agencies.

The majority of Hondo's team appear to be armed with Heckler & Koch HK416 A5s. At one point, Vasquez's HK416 D10RS changes to an HK416 A5 in a continuity error in "Whoa Black Betty". Some of the other LAPD SWAT operators use them as well.
