Hell on Wheels is a television Western series that focuses on the people involved with the construction of the First Transcontinental Railroad across the United States. The series, which premiered in 2011 in the US on the AMC network, stars Anson Mount, Common, and Colm Meaney. The series aired for 57 episodes until 2016.
