World of Warships: Legends is independently created console version of the 2015 free-to-play MMO game World of Warships which differs from the PC version in several respects. The game features numerous iconic warships of the early to mid-20th century from the navies of France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Japan, Russia, and the United States. With the two sub-factions pan-Asia and Pan-Europe, there are over 350 destroyers, cruisers, battleships, and aircraft carriers.

Aicraft Machine Guns
Despite being a game focusing on naval warfare, each nation has access to different aircraft for multiple tasks. Following the February 2021 update, aircraft carriers are also available with more carrier aircraft for the American and Japanese navies.
Breda-SAFAT
Italian IMAM Ro.43 catapult-launched reconnaissance biplanes are armed with Breda-SAFAT machine guns.
Browning M2
American Grumman TBF Avenger torpedo bombers have rear-mounted Browning M2 Aircraft machine guns.
Lewis Gun
U.S. Navy Curtiss SBC Helldiver dive bombers are equipped with flexible rearward-firing Lewis Guns.
MG 15
After the June 2021 update, which added German aircraft carriers, rear-mounted MG 15s can be seen on Fieseler Fi 167 torpedo biplanes.
PV-1
Soviet Polikarpov R-5 reconnaissance bomber can be seen with rear-mounted PV-1 machine guns.
Shpitalny-Komaritski ShKAS
Soviet Beriev Be-4 reconnaissance flying boats are armed with Shpitalny-Komaritski ShKAS machine guns.
Type 92
Japanese planes are fitted with Type 92 light machine guns in the tail gunner positions.

Various Italian ships have mounted Breda Modello 31 machine guns.

Several Hotchkiss Mle 1914s are mounted on the very first available French Tier I cruiser Jurien.
Hotchkiss Mle. 1929
Some French Navy ships are equipped with 13.2mm Hotchkiss M1929 heavy machine guns.
Maxim 1895
Tier II to III ships are equipped with Maxim 1895 guns that are the first anti-aircraft weapon.
Maxim 1905
Unlike the Maxim 1895, early Russian ships have their own Maxim 1905 guns.
MG 34
The German Tier V cruiser Nürnberg has several MG 34s with 50 round Gurtrommel 34 belt drums mounted on the stern.
Schwarzlose M.07/12
The January 2024 "The Danubian Pearl" campaign gives access to the Pan-European Tier VII premium destroyer Jäger of Austria-Hungary which has two Schwarzlose M.07/12 mounted on the bridge. In reality, the Jäger-class 2,000-ton torpedo boat was only a developed project of the Austro-Hungarian Marine Technical Committee, which was never built, because of the end of the First World War and the collapse of the dual monarchy.

The Tier V Premium cruiser Admiral Graf Spee mounts 8.8 cm SK C/31 naval anti-air guns.
10.5 cm SK C/33
Several late German ships have 10.5 cm SK C/33 guns.
