A CZ 75 is used by Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department officer Mamoru Akasaka when he goes to Hinamizawa while using his days off from a suspended investigation.

M1911A1
A M1911A1 is seen with Tokyo member Miyo Takano in "Massacre Chapter Eight – Finale". However it strangely shows up in "Festival Accompanying Chapter Eleven – End", when she was given a S&W 39 in the first place.
Screen used Auto Ordnance M1911A1 - .45 ACP.

Nambu Type 14
The Nambu Type 14 is seen with an Imperial Japanese Army soldier in a flashback sequence in "Massacre Chapter Seven – Hinamizawa Syndrome".

An IJA soldier goes nuts in a flashback sequence in "Massacre Chapter Seven – Hinamizawa Syndrome". It's explained that the soldier in question is a native of Hinamizawa.
Smith & Wesson 39
The Smith & Wesson 39 is used by the Yamainu as their primary sidearm. However, it's used prominently in "Festival Accompanying Chapter Eleven – End".

Yamainu commander Tetsurou Okonogi hands Miyo a S&W 39 in "Festival Accompanying Chapter Eleven – End".
Miyo ponders on why Okonogi gave her a loaded weapon.

Mk 22 Mod 0 "Hush Puppy"
The Mk 22 Mod 0 "Hush Puppy" is used by Yamainu forces when they need to operate covertly.
MGC M459 with wood grips (Note the same safety used in actual Mk 22s) - 9x19mm Parabellum.
The Hush Puppy fired at Katsuya Kumagai in "Disaster Awakening Chapter Four – The Great Hinamizawa Disaster" after a Yamainu operator was spotted trying to sabotage the village's antenna. You can see the wood grips instead of the black grips.
Tokarev TT-33
A stainless Tokarev TT-33 gas gun is seen with Mion Shinozaki in a shoulder holster. The games do suggest it while the anime never shows it specifically.

Heckler & Koch MP5SD3
The Heckler & Koch MP5SD3 is used by the Yamainu as their primary weapon, given that they're a black ops unit assigned to keep an eye on Hinamizawa.

AK-47
The AK-47 is seen with Shion Sonozaki in "Festival Accompanying Chapter Nine – Offense and Defense".

Colt M16A2
The Colt M16A2 is strangely seen with Tokyo's Banken unit, deployed to Hinamizawa to take down Yamainu and keep a lid on their ops in "Festival Accompanying Chapter Eleven – End". The M16A2 was not adopted until 1982. An appropriate weapon would be the Howa Type 64 since the anime takes place in 1983.

A sawed-off Ithaca 37 is seen with Sonozaki bodyguard Tatsuyoshi Kasai after he helps the Sonozaki girls and their friends take on the Yamainu.
