Trapped is a 1949 crime film starring Lloyd Bridges as Tris Stewart, a counterfeiter serving time behind bars who is told that a batch of counterfeit twenty dollar bills have begun showing up that appear to be his handiwork. Hoping to track down the location of Stewart's plates and the person using them, a prison break is arranged for Stewart with federal agents keeping and eye on his every move.
