The Land That Time Forgot (1975)

The Land That Time Forgot is a 1975 movie adaptation of the 1918 novel by Edgar Rice Burroughs, directed by Kevin Connor and starring Doug McClure, John McEnery and Susan Penhaligon. Set in 1916, the plot concerns a group of survivors from a U-Boat attack on a British merchant ship who take over the attacking U-Boat and, following a series of events at sea, end up on a mysterious lost continent known as "Caprona" where dinosaurs still roam. A straight-to-video remake directed by and starring C. Thomas Howell and set in the present day was released in 2009.

The following weapons were used in the film The Land That Time Forgot:

Webley Mk VI

Bradley (Keith Barron) has a Webley Mk VI when the British crew storm the German submarine.

Luger P08 Artillery

The artillery-model Luger P08 is used by the German crew of the submarine and also by the British naval crew.

Bradley (Keith Barron) squints and fires one-eyed as he uses a Luger to finish off an allosaurus felled by rifle fire.
Bradley later kills treacherous German officer Dietz (Anthony Ainley) with a Luger grabbed from a German sailor.

Bergmann MP18

During the attack on the sub by a dinosaur, British crewman Olson (Declan Mulholland) assists Bowen by popping out of the hatch wielding a Bergmann MP18. It is anachronistic since the movie takes place in 1916.

L35 Model 1916

The U-Boat crew use what appears to be an L35 Model 1916 77mm gun to fire on a pair of styracosaurs menacing Tyler on-shore.
