The ZK 503 (ZK - Zbrojovka Koucky) is an experimental Czechoslovakian assault rifle, prototypes was developed and tested in 1953 - 1955. It was not adopted for service, since in 1955 was came the decision to immediately stop development work on 7.62x45mm guns, and the transition to the development of other weapons in the Soviet 7.62x39mm caliber.
