Revolver

Hey everyone, this is my first page! And I personally don't think it's too shabby, if I must say so.

Anywho, the primary firearm of this game seems to be a revolver of some sort. It's been too hard for me to ID, and there aren't too many good images of it. I do remember in the extended gameplay demo, it was briefly seen in the inventory menu. I don't have a picture of it, but I remember it looked like a Smith and Wesson Model 29, perhaps? It was depicted as a traditional six round, heavy caliber, double action revolver with a swing out cylinder. --PyramidHead (talk) 20:28, 16 January 2014 (EST)

Given that it has an adjustable rear sight and a shroud over the ejector rod (which the 10 lacks), I've corrected it to the Model 19.--PistolJunkie (talk) 21:25, 17 October 2014 (EDT)

I believe the revolver is the hybrid as the front of the gun is angled and the top of the trigger is bent (don't know the right word for it), both are signs of it being a Colt. RandomYoungPerson (talk) 04:17, 10 November 2014 (EST)

Possible M1911

In a recent trailer, this scene was shown.

It's only seen for a few seconds, but I'm definitively seeing some sort of 1911 in there. Should I just put it in as "M1911" with a description along the lines of "An unknown M1911 series pistol is seen."?

Detective on the right has an M1911 style pistol.

Sniper Rifle

Kinda looks like a MAS-36 with other rifle parts hybrid.

List of firearms

I thought I would post about ones I have seen, since i don't really have the capacity to take good sceencaps.

There is the sniper rifle which looks kinda like a MAS-36 which both the player and enemies use.

I think the guess with the Smith & Wesson Model 10 and Winchester Model 1897 are true, I think the shotgun is the Winchester Model 1897 "Trench Gun"

There is another revolver the player can acquire called the magnum which looks like the Colt Python with 6" Barrel and nickel finish.

Julie Kidman and Joseph Oda look like they carry 1911 style pistols possibly Colt Government or Browning Hi-Power. Some Haunted police enemies use them too.

Haunted SWAT enemies and SWAT carry what looks like Colt LE6940 Advanced Law Enforcement Carbine (with some make of scope and a shorter barrel.)

A vehicle similar to the M1038A1 Humvee is armed with a M2 Browning.

There is also a Double Barrel Shotgun you can get from pre-ordering which I think is a Stoeger/IGA Coach.

Also near the end of the game, a Sadist enemy uses a Panzerfaust 3 before being damaged and using his chainsaw again. You also use the Panzerfaust 3 at the end.

Well, the Burst and Automatic handgun are M1911A1s without grips safeties nor beavertails. The Revolver looks like a Colt Trooper Mk. III, the Sniper Rifle looks like a mix between a K98, a MAS-36 and a Dragunov, for the HP Sniper I'll say Remington 700, but I'm not sure, the Magnum is either a Colt Anaconda with a cut down ejector lug, or a Colt Trooper Mk. V, the double-barrel looks generic, the Shotgun is a Remington 1897, I have no idea what the Machine Gun is, but it looks French, the Rocket Launcher is a Panzerfaust 3, the grenade is a Model 24 stielhandgranate with a fragmentation sleeve, no idea what the crossbow is, and the knife it's similar to the one in First Blood. --yocapo32 (talk) 18:03, 22 October 2014 (EDT)

Holster

If anyone knows this type of shoulder holster it be greatly appreciated. It's unique as where most are crossed over in an "X" shape this one is connected by two horizontal straps. DRC92 (talk)
