MANPAD or ATGW
I added a quote from the film that indicates they think the missile is an ATGW. Could find no formatting notes on how to do that so hope it's right and okay. Hopefully SPOILERS ARE OKAY IN TALK??? As the following is a spoiler so stop me now if not. They also use the missile to (successfully?) ram an LNG tanker in a terrorist attack. A Redeye wouldn't help this at all, and really, an ATGW wouldn't either as the warhead wouldn't arm unless fired, etc. Would be interesting to have this discussion, but presumably there's no way to do that without spoilers so, just leave it here on talk and never mind?
