Ernie fires at a zombie he found eating a paramedic.

The comment about the officer having the finger on the trigger isn't needed in my opinion, back then many officers were taught to have their fingers on the trigger, some departments even made cut outs in the holsters so the officer could get his finger on the trigger faster ShootingLiberal 21:42, 12 July 2010 (UTC)

I changed it or took it off rather. Fingers off the trigger didn't become prevalent until the widespread usage of Glocks because of the much lighter trigger pull. It's very unlikely you're going to have an accidental discharge with a revolver in DA mode, compared to a Glock. --Predator20 22:05, 12 July 2010 (UTC)

Exactly, I wasn't sure if I should change it myself but thanks for doing it ShootingLiberal 22:07, 12 July 2010 (UTC)

Ernie a Neo Nazi?

Where in the movie is it hinted or stated he's a Neo Nazi? Just having a P38 certainly doesn't make him one. Spartan198 (talk) 14:21, 22 September 2014 (EDT)

Five years and no response. I'm just going to remove the Nazi bit. Spartan198 (talk) 15:50, 5 July 2019 (EDT)

"The character Ernie Kaltenbruner is named after the famous leader of Nazi Germany, Ernst Kaltenbruner. When they find him at work, he listens to Nazi marches in his headphones, and Walter’s pistol sticks out of his pocket. In the funeral home on the wall in the embalming room is a picture of Eva Braun." --Slon95 (talk) 16:08, 5 July 2019 (EDT)
