Rome Armed to the Teeth (original title Roma a mano armata) is a 1976 Italian crime movie directed by Umberto Lenzi. Commissioner Leonardo Tanzi (Maurizio Merli) battles against a gang lead by a vile hunchback Vincenzo Moretto (Tomás Milián). In this war the law is as cruel as crime.

In 1977 Umberto Lenzi filmed a sequel Il cinico, l'infame, il violento.
