Set in 1916, the plot concerns a group of survivors from a U-Boat attack on a British merchant ship who take over the attacking U-Boat and, following a series of events at sea, end up on a mysterious lost continent known as "Caprona" where dinosaurs still roam. A straight-to-video remake directed by and starring C. Thomas Howell and set in the present day was released in 2009.
