Handguns

Colt M1911A1

Otis B. Driftwood (Bill Moseley) uses a Colt M1911A1 to kill Deputy Naish (Walton Goggins) and Denise's father.

Otis puts the barrel to Naishs' head. It should be noted that the M1911A1 is a right handed model and Otis is holding with his left hand, this is obvious by the safety switch above his hand.

The M1911A1 is seen again during the graveyard scene.

Colt Diamondback

Killer Karl (Chad Bannon) one of the two robbers in the opening scene uses a Colt Diamondback to attempt to rob Captain Spaulding (Sid Haig).

Colt Lawman MK III

Captain Spaulding (Sid Haig) pulls a Colt Lawman MK III revolver from under his counter to take out the two robbers. It is identifiable by not having a shrouded ejector rod, and by its sights. It is likely the same Lawman used by Sheriff Wydell (William Forsythe) in The Devil's Rejects.

Spaulding draws his Lawman MK III Revolver.

After shooting one of the robbers, for some reason Spaulding shoves the barrel in his nose to inhale the smoke. Gotta love the trigger safety!

"Most of all, fuck you!!"

Ruger Redhawk

The second robber, Richard Wick (David Reynolds), appears to carry a stainless Ruger Redhawk revolver with stainless steel finish, a 7.5-inch barrel and black rubber grips. This was previously identified as a Ruger Security Six with a 6-inch barrel. However, it can be differentiated from a Security Six by its thicker and longer barrel, large chambers, shorter ejector rod housing and non-knurled ejector rod. The revolver being a powerful .44 Magnum also explains why Wick threatened to "blast a hole the size of a Kansas City watermelon" through Captain Spaulding's face.

Ruger Redhawk with stainless steel finish and 7.5" barrel - .44 Magnum

Richard follows Stucky (Michael J. Pollard) out of the restroom with his Redhawk in hand.

Richard aims his Redhawk. Note how the ejector rod is smooth, which gives further evidence that this is a Redhawk. Also, the size of the chambers, suggesting this is a .44 Magnum.

Stucky mocks Wick with a rhyme from when he was in school: "Little Dick Wick played with his prick, Don't his smell just make ya sick?". Look at how long that barrel is! This is further evidence that it is a 7.5-inch Redhawk.

Smith and Wesson Model 15

Lt. Wydell (Tom Towles), Deputy Naish (Walton Goggins), and Mama Firefly (Karen Black) all carry Smith and Wesson Model 15 Revolvers. Mama Firefly notably uses one to execute Lt. Wydell.

Naish draws his Smith and Wesson on a dog after it scares him half to death.

Smith and Wesson Model 36 "Chief's Special"

In a continuity error, Mama Firefly's Colt Trooper becomes a Smith & Wesson Model 36 "Chief's Special" when she shoots Wydell.

Smith & Wesson Model 36 - .38 Special

The Trooper becomes a Chief's Special.

Shotguns

Sawn-Off Single Barrel Shotgun

During one of the random intermission scenes, a man known as Lewis Dover is wielding a Sawn-off Single barrel shotgun, it is more than likely an H&R or New England Model shotgun.
