Kate Beckett's (Stana Katic) SIG-Sauer P229R seems to change to the SIG-Sauer P229 E2 in some scenes. Other agents carry this pistol as well. This originally was marked as an original P229R but by looking at the photos below it is clear that the slide is of the more up to date E2 models.

In Season 6's finale "For Better or Worse" (S6E23), the leader of a biker gang wields a cut down Browning Auto-5 with a "mare's leg" style sawed-off stock & barrel. This shotgun is similar to the one used by Chuck Norris in the film Lone Wolf McQuade.
