Brimstone is a 2016 Dutch international co-production Western thriller movie directed by Martin Koolhoven and starring Dakota Fanning and Guy Pearce. The movie consists of four segments, united by the dramatic story of a woman on the old West.
The following weapons were used in the film Brimstone:
Revolvers
Single Action Army "Cavalry" Model
A Single Action Army "Cavalry" Model revolver is used by the brothel owner Frank (Paul Anderson). The screen gun is most likely a Cimarron replica.

Frank carries the revolver in holster. The logo on the grip matches Cimarron models.
Frank draws the revolver before the duel.
The same scene is seen on a promotional image.
Single Action Army "Artillery" Model
A Single Action Army "Artillery" Model revolver is used by the bandit Wolf (Jack Roth). Judging by the small size of the chambers, the screen gun is a .22 caliber replica or a blank firing gun.

Wounded Wolf raises his revolver at his accomplice Samuel.
Wolf's revolver is seen when he and Samuel ride a single horse.
Exhausted Wolf falls from the saddle.
The small, likely .22 caliber, chambers of the cylinder of Wolf's revolver are seen.
Wolf blindly fires his revolver in an attempt to hit Samuel who strangles him with a rope.
Single Action Army "Civilian" Model
One of the revolvers that are seen in Samuel's (Kit Harington) holsters seems to be a Single Action Army "Civilian" Model. Very likely this is a Denix non-firing replica.

A revolver of one of the killed accomplicies of Samuel and Wolf is seen on the ground. It is very likely a Denix replica.

Colt 1860 Army
Another Samuel's revolver is a Colt 1860 Army. This is definitly a Denix non-firing replica.

Samuel holds the revolver.
He kills his wounded accomplices. The revolver produces only faint smoke. The purpose of the disc that covers the chambers of the cylinder is unclear, possibly it is somehow connected with pyrotechnic effects.
Smith & Wesson Top Break Revolver
Liz (Dakota Fanning) takes a large revolver from her father-in-law's gun cabinet. This is a top-break gun the outlines of which are similar to a Smith & Wesson Model 3 or some other revolver of this family.

Pistols
Tingle Model 1960

Remington Double Derringer
A derringer is used by Sally (Vera Vitali). Remington Double Derringer is a possible guess.

Accles & Shelvoke Cash Captive Bolt Pistol
Anna (Carice van Houten) gives an Accles & Shelvoke Cash captive bolt pistol to Joanna (Emilia Jones) to slaughter a pig. Later this gun is used by Samuel (Kit Harington).

The surface of the carbine allows to identify it as a Denix replica.
vz. 98/22 Czech Mauser
Nathan (Bill Tangradi), at that time a farmer, holds an anachronistic Mauser Gewehr 1898 style rifle when he fires at Eli's house. The rifle has tangent-leaf rear sight, surrounded by wood, and the handguard lacks the typical G98 grasping grooves so vz. 98/22 Czech Mauser is a good guess. The movie was mostly filmed in Hungary, so the usage of an old Czech rifle is credible.

Drunk Nathan approaches to Eli's house with the rifle in hands.
The straight bolt handle is seen.
Another view of the rifle in Nathan's hands. The parade hook on the top barrel band can be seen. While the sample above lacks this feature, there are known exemplars of vz. 98/22 with the parade hook.

Werndl Karabiner M1873/77
The Reverend (Guy Pearce) uses a Werndl Karabiner M1873/77 (or maybe original M1873) with a sniper scope.

Shotguns
IZh-KB
An anachonistic IZh-KB shotgun, the direct predecessor of the better known IZh-18, is seen in hands of Matthew (Jack Hollington), his father Eli (William Houston) and Liz (Dakota Fanning).
