Brandon Vera, also known by his ring name "The Truth", is a Filipino-American retired mixed martial artist and actor. During his MMA career, Vera had appeared in the Filipino action movie BuyBust in 2018 before announcing his retirement and a 10-movie acting deal in the Philippines in late 2022. He would then go on to star in the 2022 zombie film Day Zero.
