Attempt on GOELRO (Pokusheniye na GOELRO)

Attempt on GOELRO (direct translation of original title Pokusheniye na GOELRO) is a Soviet 1986 detective mini series directed by Nikolai Gusarov. The story is set in 1932 in a fictional town of Krasnotalsk on Ural. The local power plant is sabotaged; this act appears to be the first step in German plan against Soviet electrification plan GOELRO. Seasoned OGPU operative Viktor Sergeevich Lartsev is sent to Krasnotalsk to hold investigation.
Note: GOELRO plan was the Soviet plan for the development of electrification, released in 1920s-early 1930s. GOELRO is the transliteration of the Russian abbreviation for "State Commission for Electrification of Russia" (Государственная комиссия по электрификации России).

Nagant M1895
Nagant M1895 revolvers are widely used throughout the movie, seen in hands of Krasnotalsk OGPU operatives Ivan Sergeevich Vorobyov (Aleksey Buldakov), Vasiliy Ilyich Sergeyev (Georgiy Yumatov), Yemelyan Bubnov (Viktor Mamaev) and Gennadiy Shumkov (Yuriy Malashin), railway secutiry guard Rogov (Oleg Afanasyev), factory director Shcherbakov (Pyotr Zaychenko), German agent, former White Army counterintellegence service Capt., Nikolay Mitrofanovich Yegorov (Valeriy Barinov), and a criminal "Valet" (Valery Zakharyev). The revolvers are of pre-1930 version.

Walther P38 pistols, out of time for 1932, are used by German agents Maj. Hans Müller (former Russian Army officer Mikhail Markov) (Boris Klyuev), and Fischer's driver Fühmann (Valeri Doronin).

Security guard on power plant Lukich (Aleksandr Lebedev) carries a Mosin Nagant M1891 rifle.

Mosin Nagant M1891/30 rifles are used by Red Army soldiers and railway guards.
Shotguns
Double Barreled Shotgun
In one scene Hans Müller (Boris Klyuev) gifts a Double Barreled Shotgun under fictional brand "August Lebel" to Franz Fischer (Gediminas Girdvainis), a representative of a German company in Moscow.
Single Barreled Shotgun
A Single Barreled Shotgun (possibly some IZh model) is seen in apartments of Soviet trade representation official Igor Nikolaevich Borisov (Rodion Nahapetov).
