Army of Two

Army of Two is a 2008 third-person shooter developed by EA Montreal for the Xbox 360 and PS3. The player characters are two US Army Rangers, Tyson Rios and Elliot Salem, who join Security & Strategies Corporation, a private military company, at the request of their former commander. During their missions Rios and Salem find themselves in the middle of a conspiracy, and soon have to bring down the very company they work for. The game would be followed by two sequels, Army of Two: The 40th Day in 2010, and Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel in 2013.

The AK-47 was introduced in the game as the AK-47. It is by far the cheapest weapon in the game.

The Steyr AUG was introduced as the AUG.
M16A2
A spray-painted barrier at the U.S. army base in Iraq depicts a skull with two crossed M16A2 rifles.

The M21 was introduced as the M14.
Heckler & Koch PSG-1
The Heckler & Koch PSG-1 was introduced as the MSG-90.
DSR-1
The DSR-1 was introduced in the game as the DSR-1.
SVD Dragunov
An SVD Dragunov loaded with the magazine of an PSL Sniper Rifle is included as the SVD.
Barrett M107
The Barrett M107 was introduced as the "M107 Light 50".
Shotguns
Armsel Protecta
The Armsel Protecta was introduced as the DAO-X. It has a left-sided shell deflector and reloads from the left side, but still has a shell port on the right side. It fires in semi-automatic unlike the real Protecta. Unlike the other shotguns it has no upgrades.
Benelli M3 Super 90
The Benelli M3 Super 90 was introduced as the M3 Super 90.
Franchi SPAS-12
The Franchi SPAS-12 was introduced as the FSPS-12.
Knight's Armament Masterkey
A Knight's Armament Masterkey is one of three under barrel options for assault rifles, along with a foregrip and an M203 Grenade Launcher.

PKM
The PKM was introduced as the PKM.
M249-E2 SAW
The M249-E2 SAW was introduced as the M249 SAW.
GE M134 Minigun
The GE M134 Minigun was introduced as the M134. Ali Yousef, a terrorist in Iraq responsible for killing one of the officers from your old Ranger unit wields this weapon. One of the most expensive weapons in the game.
XM312
The XM312 is the primary weapon on the hovercraft. It is also the main mounted weapon throughout the game.
Browning M2
The Browning M2 appears only in the Somalia level where Salem and Rios use them to help fight off the enemy so the helicopter can land for extraction. It replaces the hovercraft's XM312 in cutscenes.
Launchers
M203 Grenade Launcher
The M203 Grenade Launcher is an available underbarrel option for assault rifles.
Milkor MGL Mk. 1L
The Milkor MGL Mk. 1L was introduced as the "MGL MK-X". It is notable that while you carry the actual payload of the MGL Mk. 1L, you only have three spare rounds compared to the minimum two full reloads found on real life grenadier's vests.
RPG-7
The RPG-7 was introduced as the RPG-7 V1.
FIM-92A Stinger
The FIM-92A Stinger was introduced as the FIM92 Stinger. In game the weapon uses multiple rounds to destroy an unarmored transport helicopter. The only time it should be used by a player is to take down the side objective helicopters in China.
FGM-148 Javelin
The FGM-148 Javelin makes its only appearance in a cutscene where Philip Clyde attempts to kill Rios and Salem only to destroy Cha Min Soo's plane.
Explosives
M67 Hand Grenade
The M67 Hand Grenade is the standard grenade used in the game. Interestingly enough, they are similar in appearance to the grenades used in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, insofar as having a yellow band around the center. The grenade indicator depicts a Mk. 2 Fragmentation Grenade, while the inventory slot shows the M61 Grenade.
M18 Smoke Grenade
Taliban insurgents are seen with M18 Smoke Grenades on their bodies.
C4
When in Afghanistan, Rios and Salem use C4 to destroy M11 missile sites.
Mk. 2 Hand Grenade
Taliban Martyrs are seen with Mk. 2 Hand Grenades strapped to them along with a belt of dynamite.
Dynamite
Taliban Martyrs are seen with a belt of dynamite strapped to them.
Proximity Mine
At various points in the game, a fictional proximity mine is used by enemies. Triggering one will reduce the player character's health to the bare minimum, or even incapacitating them.
