Anna (stylized as ANИA) is a 2019 action thriller film written, produced and directed by Luc Besson. The film stars Sasha Luss as the eponymous assassin, alongside Luke Evans, Cillian Murphy, Helen Mirren, and Alexander Petrov.

The following weapons were used in the film Anna (2019):


Glock 17

Glock 17 pistols are used by multiple characters.

1st Generation Glock 17 - 9x19mm.
Anna uses a Glock disarmed from a bodyguard during her first assassination assignment.

Beretta 92F/FS

Anna uses a Beretta 92FS in multiple scenes.

Tokarev TT-33

Anna is provided a Tokarev TT-33 during her first mission. She fires it only to find it is unloaded and is forced to use it as an improvised close-combat weapon. She is later told she was provided an empty weapon to test her ability to think on her feet and is also chastised by Olga for not checking her equipment before a mission.

In the ensuing brawl, Anna separates the slide from the frame to use the two parts as an improvised dagger and bludgeon.

CZ 75

A CZ-75 is used by KGB director Vassiliev (Eric Godon) and KGB agent Alexander "Alex" Tchenkov (Luke Evans).

Pre-War Colt M1911A1 Pistol - Commercial Model known as the "Colt Government Model" - .45 ACP. This has a deep Colt factory blued finish, common for commercial variants before and after the war.

The CIA Tactical SWAT team arrives with MP5s, SPAS 12s and Colt Commando Carbines. It is noteworthy that their helmets are about 10 years too early. The MICH TC-2001 and MICH TC-2002 didn't come out until at least 2001. The film takes place in 1991.

Assault Rifles


AKM assault rifles are used by KGB soldiers and guards at the KGB headquarters. Note that KGB troops wear Royal Blue patches, hat bands, collar tabs and shoulder boards to identify them from other branches.

Colt Commando

A few CIA operators use what appear to be Colt Commando carbines.

Colt Model 610 aka The USAF GAU-5/A - 5.56mm. The USAF used the first pattern slab side carbine for many years, and was the reason why shows depicting the U.S. Airforce like Stargate: SG1 utilized modified Colt Sporter Carbine (as well as other manufacturer's carbines) to create XM177 style rifles.
